PRC REQUIREMENTS
IMPORTING LIST with full license:
- Crude oil, including heavy crude oil and light crude oil
- Fuel, including gasoline, diesel, marine fuel, aviation fuel, etc.
- Intermediate refined crude oil, including kerosene, gas oil, jet fuel, etc.
- Liquefied natural gas (LNG)
- Petroleum Gas (LPG)
- Naphtha is also called chemical light oil (naphtha)
- Natural gas.
- Petroleum refined products, such as asphalt, plastic particles, etc.
Please, to begin with, it is mandatory that the Seller send us:
- Soft Corporate Offer (SCO).
- Customer Information Sheet (CIS).
Buyer will send Seller the LOI. Meanwhile, the Buyer's Legal Department will perform the Due Diligence (DD).
After passing the Due Diligence, we can send you the ICPO and we move on to the Purchase Agreement. The Buyer has his own deposit in RPC for the transaction (See facilities for The Seller Below).
